We specialize in commercial real estate investment. Our primary focus is on acquiring apartment buildings in emerging markets, but we are also actively participating in the acquisition of strip shopping centers, office buildings and other types of commercial property.

Additionally, we provide one on one consultations for beginning commercial property investors on acquiring small commercial property investments. This includes investment analysis for commercial properties, negotiating, preparing financing packages and providing guidance every step of the way.

Jim has been investing in real estate for over 20 years. He began investing in single family homes and has acquired 35 properties in 5 states. He now focuses strictly on commercial property investments. He is designated a Commercial Property Specialist from The Institute of Commercial Real Estate. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a 13 year Veteran of the Marine Corps.
